How to apply

Understand the steps, prepare your documents, and know what happens after you submit.

Before you begin

Gather these before you start. You can still save and come back if something is missing.

  • Business and location information

Legal name, store name, business location, telephone, and mailing address.

  • Information for each owner

Name and title or role for every owner.

  • Required identity documents

A driver’s license, passport, or other verification document for each owner.

  • Access to your verification email or phone

We send a code by email or text message when you sign in.

Create and verify your account

You need an account to apply. When you register and sign in, we send a verification code by email or text message (SMS). You can change your preferred method later in Account settings.

Complete your application

The application has three parts: your business details, a profile for each owner, and identity documents for each owner.

Save and return

You can save an incomplete application and return later without starting again.

Review and submit

Check your information and documents before submitting. You won’t be able to edit the submitted application yourself.

No fee is collected when you submit.

Follow your application

Your dashboard shows the status of each application and any action you need to take. We also email you when something changes.

Pay and submit EFT documents

If your application moves forward after the initial review, GLC invites you to pay the application fee — $25 for Keno or $125 for traditional lottery products. Fees are non-refundable.

At the same stage, you upload your EFT authorization documents for the lottery trust account. Pay the fee from a different account — not the trust account. Completing payment does not mean a license has been granted; GLC continues its review.
